1. Introduction and acceptance
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Pump Fun Tokens & Analitycs / Pump Fun Tokens (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) approaches information in connection with the iOS application and related informational pages.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or related pages, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy, including the risk, warranty, and liability sections below. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.
This Policy is for informational transparency. It is not legal advice to you, and it does not create any fiduciary duty, professional relationship, or guarantee of any particular outcome.
2. What the App is (and is not)
The App is a personal utility for organizing illustrative sample projects, collections, bookmarks, favorites, notes, and related informational screens on your device.
The App is not a brokerage, exchange, wallet, trading terminal, investment platform, portfolio manager with live market data, payment product, tax tool, or financial, legal, or professional advisory service. Sample names, tickers, categories, and blurbs are illustrative only and may be fictional, outdated, or incomplete.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You alone are responsible for any decision you make outside the App.
3. Summary of data practices
In the current product design:
- You do not need an App-specific username/password account for core organization features.
- Collections, notes, bookmarks, favorites, and tour preference are stored primarily on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not operate the App as a cloud account database for your private notes and collections.
Apple, your device manufacturer, your network provider, and any third-party sites or services you open may process information under their own policies. We do not control those parties.
4. Information you create on your device
You may create or modify collection names and membership, bookmarks and favorites, notes and note titles, and preferences such as tour completion.
This content is stored locally in the App sandbox / on-device storage. You are solely responsible for the content you enter (including whether it is accurate, lawful, or confidential) and for protecting access to your device (passcode, biometrics, backups).
We are not responsible for loss of local data caused by uninstalling the App, device failure, OS updates, lost/stolen devices, failed backups, user error, or third-party software.
5. Information we do not require
We do not require government ID, wallet addresses, brokerage credentials, payment card details inside the App for core organization features, or similar sensitive credentials to use the App as a local organizer.
Any App Store purchase or subscription processing (if applicable) is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Device features, sensors, and performance mode
The App may use on-device signals (for example device/environment checks, battery state, or motion sensors) solely to choose a performance or display profile on that device. These checks are probabilistic technical signals only. They are not used to verify your identity, prove human presence, detect fraud, or make eligibility decisions about you as a person.
We do not intend to permanently store raw accelerometer samples or sell sensor telemetry. Sensor readings used for mode selection are processed for that session purpose and are not treated as a marketing profile.
You assume all risk arising from how your device reports sensor/battery data, including false or unexpected mode selection.
7. Network use and optional remote / web content
Core organization features are designed to work with on-device data. Depending on device conditions and configuration, the App may also request a remote configuration manifest and/or display optional web content in a full-screen web view.
If remote or web content is shown:
- That content may be operated by third parties we do not control.
- Those third parties may set cookies, collect analytics, or process technical data under their own policies.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, uptime, or privacy practices of any third-party page or remote endpoint.
- You interact with such content at your own risk.
Your device, Apple, and network operators may also use the network for ordinary App Store / iOS functions (download, update, optional diagnostics you enable with Apple). Those practices are governed by Apple and your settings.
8. Website / hosting visitors
If this Policy is hosted on a web server, the host may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamps for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
We do not use such hosting as an advertising network against your in-App private notes.
9. How information is used
On-device organization data is used to provide the features you request on that device. Technical host logs (if any) are used to operate and secure hosting. Optional remote configuration is used only to deliver configured keys/stream targets for that session when applicable.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your private notes to build cross-site advertising profiles.
10. Sharing
We may share information only: (a) with infrastructure providers needed to host pages; (b) if required by law or legal process; (c) to protect rights, safety, and security; (d) in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer; or (e) with your direction.
Apple processes App Store-related data under Apple’s privacy policy. Third-party websites opened in or from the App process data under their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
11. Retention and deletion
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it in-App (where available), clear App data, uninstall the App, or erase the device, subject to backups you control.
Session-only remote configuration held in memory is discarded when the App process ends. Host logs, if any, follow host retention practices.
12. Security — no guarantees
We take reasonable measures appropriate to a utility App and simple informational hosting. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, DEVICE THEFT, MALWARE, BACKUP FAILURE, OR DATA LOSS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE.
You are responsible for device security, OS updates, and backup choices.
13. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for an App account.
If you believe a child has provided information in a way that requires deletion under applicable law, contact us and we will take appropriate steps where we actually control such data.
14. International users
You may use the App in different countries. On-device data stays on your device. Hosting may process technical logs where the host operates.
Where local law grants rights (access, deletion, etc.), you may contact us and also manage local data on your device. Some rights may not apply to data we do not collect or control.
15. Your choices
You may edit or delete notes/collections where the App provides controls, uninstall the App, manage iOS privacy settings, and stop visiting related pages at any time.
16. Assumption of risk
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE APP, SAMPLE CONTENT, OPTIONAL REMOTE CONFIGURATION, AND ANY WEB CONTENT ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You assume all risk of: misunderstanding sample content; relying on any text in the App; device or sensor behavior; network failures; third-party websites; data loss; and any decision you make based on anything seen in or related to the App.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, OS version, or future iOS change.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND RELATED PAGES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We specifically disclaim any warranty that sample content is accurate, current, complete, or useful for any financial, commercial, or professional purpose.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, HOSTING PROVIDERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP, THIS POLICY, OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) ZERO U.S. DOLLARS (USD $0) IF THE APP WAS OBTAINED FREE OF CHARGE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) content you create in the App; (c) your violation of this Policy or applicable law; or (d) your reliance on sample or third-party content.
20. Third-party services
The App may reference or open third-party services (including Apple App Store, device services, hosts, and optional web pages). We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is solely between you and that third party.
21. No professional relationship
Use of the App does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, broker-customer, or other professional relationship. Do not send confidential information expecting professional privilege or regulated-advice protections from us through the App.
22. Changes
We may update this Policy at any time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and post the updated Policy. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. If you disagree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
23. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Please describe your request clearly. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law, for data we actually control.
24. Governing interpretation
If any provision of this Policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Where this Policy conflicts with other notices on liability or risk allocation, the provisions that more strongly limit our liability control to the maximum extent permitted by law.
